I’m proud to be a part of a firm that so highly values the quality of legal services that we provide. The investment in the training and equipping of the individuals who work in this office is apparent in the caliber of work we do for our clients.
I respect how we as a firm manage projects. At Merzbach Law Office, I am not looked upon to simply craft documentation for various transactions. I manage those projects for my clients and as a manager, I have more control over and responsibility for the outcomes. When there is a successful completion of a project, I share in that success. We enjoy working as a team. Every one of our clients has access to all of our legal professionals, and because all of the clients are “firm” clients there is no infighting about who does what work for which clients.
It’s easy to see that family life is a core value in this practice. My two small children come into this office almost weekly to go to lunch with me and every person here, from the founding principal to the receptionist, stops what they’re doing to greet and talk to my kids. I really appreciate that.
Another way this practice supports its commitment to the family lives of its attorneys is by investing in technology to provide options on when and where we provide services. In addition, the firm uses a team approach to support our clients, so if one of us needs to attend a family event, we know that we have coverage.
