William L. Law, III concentrates his practice in general business law, mergers and acquisitions, technology and software, information security, privacy, licensing, commercial agreements, and intellectual property.
Bill represents clients in all facets of the formation, ownership and operation of business entities. His experience includes technology licensing, provision, and transfer agreements and transactions; distribution, supply and manufacturing transactions; end-user license agreements; privacy policies; terms and conditions of technology utilization; software-as-a-service agreements; contractual relationships with highly regulated industries; loyalty and rewards program development and maintenance agreements; commercial contracts and agreements; shareholder and other business owner and management agreements; acquisition, merger and sale transactions; technology licensing and transfer transactions; commercial leases; protection of intellectual property, including trademark and copyright applications; joint ventures; disputes among business owners; and general business counseling.
Bill received his J. D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, cum laude, where he served as Articles Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. Mr. Law received his B.A. degree from the University of Central Florida.

Before that, he practiced law as an associate with Warrick & Boyn, LLP, a law firm based in Indiana and Michigan.
